From time to time, we will add major, unique home plans on line to our site. Not all that we do in home design and home building in authoring unique home plans has online, broad appeal. Not all that we do involves large house design projects. Now and then, a big home project develops into unique home plans with characteristics attractive to a wider audience.
We don't expect to do a major, unique home plans online design set often, in any case, because it takes huge amounts of time and thought to do it properly. Just now and then when time and subject are right, your home designers will add another house design project.

(Neo-)Spanish Colonial Colonial Home Plan Online. 50+ sheets all tolled. Started with a stock plan (single user/single use agreement with the owners and the stock plan folks) left reasonably intact on the face, modified on the backside, and got an added, detached garage with breezeway. The garage was to appear to significantly predate the home - the area historically scattered settlements from the South and, later, mostly German immigrants. On the inside, basic functions were left more or less in preplanned space, but worked and reworked and re-reworked to the ultimate satisfaction of our clients in formats identifying safety, durability, and convenience.
