Services:

1. Home Clients — Consulting, Designing & home drawing

2. Commercial and Industrial Clients — Consulting, Designing & home drawing

3. Architects, Home Designers, Engineers, Inspectors — Consulting, Designing & home drawing

4. Home Real Estate Brokers and Developers, Building Contractors (especially concrete contractors from Chicago), Building Subcontractors, Entertainers especially from Nashville, Real Estate lawyers from anywhere — Go away.

Fee:

1. $75/hour

It's first come, first served.  The Before The Architect's team usually works one job at a time on a revolving queue whether it's on home plans or any other aspect of our services.    In our opinion: we're cheap relative to firm's that deliver less for more.
