All we've got of this massive ranch is its backside. (The frontside was ok, too. Especially after the AG and Mrs. AG had about 200 forsythia planted in the large open area past the house front and drive, in an open area about 50 yards on a side.)
It was an award-winning boxer dog kennel and breeding business before the AG and Mrs. AG got it. A big diff cometh.
Inside, Mrs. AG added hardwood floors, gorgeous carpet, his and hers marble baths, about 1 dozen skylights, a new kitchen, a high-class basement and bar, private master suite, marble fireplace hearth and surround, refurbished air handling system, new windows, a luxurious walkout terrace room with wet bar, and on and on, including an 80'x14' deck. It's the backside transformation with the kennels cleaned out, the backyard dug up and regraded, the pool rehabilitated, some very nice big Atrium doors (having dumped Peachtree for disgusting customer service) added to provide deck passage for four functional areas - (from left to right) the Master Bedroom, the Living Room, Dining Room, and Family Room, and the 80' of deck laid down. (There were about 12' of good deck already there to start with.)
First, a before with the kennels in situ and a dog or two for validation.
Kennels and run be gone. Doggies, too. In comes the big deck.
Couldn't resist the same view backed up to include a bit of the beautiful swimming pool.
