LOUISIANA SHOTGUN HOME REDESIGN The following is a verbatim copy of a home plans consulting commission we executed for a couple in Baton Rouge, LA. They bought a duplex Shotgun-style home, and wanted us to consult on home design concepts that would unify the interiors into a single dwelling unit, open it up inside, make the unusually limited space more useful, and rationalize travel patterns and lines of sight.
