Now you see it and now you see it again.  Nothing is as it appears, especially in house plans where an elevation conceals other structure behind it and still to the exterior as is the case with a block-U shaped residence Before The Architect designed recently.  Julian Beever's got it right with this sidewalk art - take a closer look at observable structure and you might see something you did not expect.

AFTER

ELEVATION DETAIL DESIGN STANDARDS

1) It’s not nice to fool anybody when it comes to residential design

2) So when there’s a lot of house covered up by a lot of house, show both elevations so everyone knows whassup

Comment: In this pair of detail drawings the first is of the apparent Left Of House and the second is of that segment of house concealed by the apparent segment. The concealed view includes one face of a large Courtyard, Masters Bed window wall and double doors, and a columned, covered Back Porch
