bulletShall exhaust not greater than 2 linear feet over grade level
bulletShall exhaust straight down on the vertical
bulletShall not be less than ¾ linear inches in diameter
 
bulletDrain, waste, vent pipe (a/k/a DWV or plumbing drain vent or plumbing air vent) shall be 1 size over code overall
 
bulletDWV soil pipe shall not be trapped exterior to a home
 
bulletUnless otherwise expressly determined and defined by a local authority having jurisdiction, a radon mitigation system
bulletShall have intakes shall be of smooth, Schedule 40 PVC sleeves through interior beams and stem walls on about 10 linear feet centers overall, whereby the sleeves are wrapped in a specific geotextile fabric at each end and are set at midline to the gas-permeable layer. See Radon Plan hereunder for further in regard to radon mitigation intake.

bulletA properly sized plumbing water heater expansion tank shall be applied on the cold water supply to a hot water tank, between water pressure regulator and the hot water tank
 
bulletAir hammer arrestor, water hammer arrestor, steam hammer arrestor
bulletNo riser as water hammer arrester (a/k/a 'air hammer; also, as applied, a steam hammer arrester; all a/k/a generically as a hydropneumatic valve) shall be installed
bulletIn-line, sealed air or water or steam hammer arrester(s) shall be installed following a professional's hydropneumatic tank sizing
