You do just enough to get the permit (variants of which are, among others: I don't need elevations; another variant of which is - I need something to market the house, impress buyers, but not enough to even get a permit; I need a house that'll blow down better, faster the next time so I don't have to hassle with government toadies and insurance suits over what's left: How about greater than 24 linear inches on center, huh?). 7th of The 19 Deadly Sins. 1) Sometimes, but not always, useful
a) If there are a lot of plumbing features, it’s worth pointing them out comprehensively and in one place
b) If
there are baths to be stubbed and, after inspection, concealed for
subsequent use at owner’s option, AG absolutely writes a Fixture Unit Schedule
to include the to-be concealed plumbing
2) It’s the latter instance – 2 concealable full baths – that moved this home design to form up this Fixture Unit Schedule
